Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Within the U.S.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  

• Shipping carrier: USPS, UPS, or similar (based on location)
  

• Free shipping (unless shipping speed is changed)
  
  

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship quickly, delays can happen due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for delays, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Photos (if damaged)
