At Metanoia, we create each journal with intention, but we understand that things happen. Please read our refund policy below to know your options.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item:

Arrived damaged or defective

Is unused and in original condition
To request a return, please email metanoialifestylestudios@gmail.com with:

Photos of the issue (if applicable)

A short description of your concern
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–7 business days).
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Used or marked journals

“Changed my mind” cases after product has shipped
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return your item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our facility. If your package is lost or severely delayed, contact metanoialifestylestudios@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
